Development of communication platform and internal E-Newsletter 

Novomatic AG is a leading global gaming technology company with a strong presence in over 70 countries. Headquartered in Vienna, Novomatic AG employs a vast network of Human Resources (HR) professionals across these countries.

The client, a Human Resources Executive at Novomatic AG, sought to enhance collaboration, communication, and the exchange of best practices among HR teams worldwide.

Challenge

With HR professionals dispersed across 70 countries, Novomatic AG faced several challenges:

  • Lack of a unified platform: There was no centralized system for HR professionals to collaborate, share knowledge, or communicate effectively across the organization.
  • Time-consuming internal communications: The process of creating and distributing internal communications, such as newsletters, was inefficient, taking up to four days to produce, excluding the time needed for content creation.

To address these challenges, we developed a comprehensive platform tailored to the needs of Novomatic AG’s global HR network. The solution included:

  1. Global HR Collaboration Platform:

    • We implemented a centralized online platform that allows HR professionals from all 70 countries to collaborate seamlessly.
    • The platform facilitates communication, sharing of best practices, and fosters a community of HR professionals who can easily access resources and support from their peers.
  2. Internal E-Newsletter:

    • As part of the platform, we designed and implemented a beautifully crafted internal e-newsletter.
    • The newsletter was designed with transparency and ease of use in mind, enabling the HR Executive to quickly disseminate key news and information to recruiters across all countries.
    • The newsletter's design was optimized for clarity and engagement, ensuring that important updates were easily accessible and visually appealing to the global HR audience.
  3. Streamlined Production Process:

    • We significantly reduced the time required to produce the internal newsletter, cutting it down from four days to just one day (excluding the copywriting process).
    • This improvement was achieved through the automation of various steps in the production process and the implementation of user-friendly tools that simplify design and distribution.
