How to make your Corporate LinkedIn page stand out

Make these two simple tweaks to turn your company LinkedIn page into a talent magnet.

Create a headline & summary that talent can't ignore

Headline

  • Your headline should be a magnet for top talent.
  • Highlight what makes your workplace unique or what is your mission

Try something like, “Where Innovators Thrive and Ideas Take Flight”—a clear signal to ambitious candidates that your company is where they can grow and make an impact.

Summary

  • Forget the buzzwords and get real.
  • Start with a bold statement that captures your company’s essence - “𝘈𝘵 [...], 𝘸𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳 𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘰𝘺𝘦𝘦𝘴; 𝘸𝘦 𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘶𝘳𝘴.”
  • Then, quickly hit the high points: your unique culture, growth opportunities, and how you empower your people to succeed.

Use your banner to tell the story

  • Show, don’t tell. Your visuals should scream who you are.
  • Whether it’s a snapshot of your team volunteering, a candid moment from a brainstorming session, or a visual of your mission in action, make it something that gives a real taste of life at your company.

Your logo and visuals are the first handshake—make it a firm one.

  • If your brand is about creativity and innovation, let your colors and designs reflect that energy.
  • If you’re all about stability and tradition, keep it classic but compelling.
